Ingredients

 Stewed tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Long grain white rice2/3 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tomato Paste3 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
 Oregano leaves1/2 Teaspoon, dried
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Shrimp1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed

Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except shrimp.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 10 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave for 28 to 35 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Stir in shrimp.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
