Directions
MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, sauté the beef, peppers, onion, garlic until everything becomes tender
2) Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a gentle simmer
3) Reduce the flame, cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, till the rice is cooked

4) Serve onto individual plates
