Spanish Rice Recipe
Ingredients
3 bacon slices
1 white onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 cup long-grain rice
2 cup tomato juice, heated
1 tsp Tone's paprika
Directions
Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Combine bacon and remaining ingredients in a well-greased casserole; stir to blend.
Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed; add extra water, if needed.
