 Tempeh12 Ounce
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Tamari2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Onion powder3/4 Teaspoon
 Celery stalks2 , sliced
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Bell pepper1 Medium, chopped
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Brown rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato Paste6 Ounce
 Tomato sauce8 Ounce
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cayenne powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium-size stainless steel or glass mixing bowl.
In a large skillet saute the celery, onion and bell pepper in 2 tbs oil, until soft.
Stir in the rice until lightly toasted.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover.
Simmer 1 hour.
Brown tempeh mixture in 2 tsp oil and add to rice mixture.
