 Green bell pepper1/2 Cup(16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/4 Cup(16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic1 clove, minced
 Dried basil1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Dried rosemary1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking oil
 Long grain rice1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Tomato1 Cup(16 tbs), chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

In skillet cook green pepper, onion, garlic, basil, and rosemary in hot oil till vegetables are tender.
Stir in rice, chopped tomato, salt, pepper, and 2 cups water.
Cook, covered, over low heat for about 20 minutes or till rice is done.
