Spanish Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon strip | 6 , diced | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped | ||
| Tomato soup | 1 12 Ounce | |
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Saute bacon until crisp; remove and drain on paper towels.
Meanwhile, add the diced pepper and onion to the bacon fat and cook over moderate heat until tender.
Add soup, bacon bits, and rice to pan and mix well.
Heat through.
