Spanish Pepper Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Green peppers | 2 To taste | |
| Red peppers | 2 To taste | |
| Yellow peppers - 2 | ||
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Thyme | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| French dressing | 150 Milliliter | |
| Thyme sprigs to garnish | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the grill.
MAKING
2) Under the hot grill, place the peppers till the skins char. Turn frequently while grilling. Cool.
3) Peel the skin and remove the cores and seeds.
4) Slice the flesh and arrange on a serving plate.
5) Mix in the herbs with the dressing and blend well.
6) Add the dressing over the peppers.
SERVING
7) Garnish with thyme sprigs.
8) Serve as an accompaniment to Paella.
