Spanish Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Corn oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Potatoes | 3 Small, chopped | |
| 2-3 tablespoons cooked peas | ||
| Pimento | 1 , chopped | |
| 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped | ||
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Tabasco | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt, pepper | ||
| Pinch of mix | ||
Directions
Mix all the vegetables, including the onion and garlic, together in a bowl.
Pour 1 tablespoon oil into the omelette pan, add the vegetables and heat thoroughly.
Beat the eggs lightly, add Tabasco and seasoning and pour into the pan over the vegetables.
