 Ground meat1 1/2 Pound
 Peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Seedless raisins1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Stuffed olives1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Eggs2
 Oregano, salt, and pepper

Directions

Toss together lightly but thoroughly meat, chick-peas, tomato sauce, raisins, olives, onion, green pepper, and garlic.
Add eggs to bind and season with oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
Pack into loaf pan or 1 1/2 -quart casserole greased with bacon fat.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 1 1/4 hours.
