 Ground beef125 Gram
 Salt1 Milliliter
 Pepper1 Dash
 Tomato soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Carrot1 Medium, sliced
 Mushroom1 Can (10oz)
 Onion30 Milliliter, chopped
 Pimiento30 Milliliter, sliced
 Sugar2 Milliliter
 Water125 Milliliter
 Dry red wine50 Milliliter

Directions

In saucepan cook beef till brown, drain fat.
Add salt and pepper.
Add tomato soup, carrot, mushrooms, onion, olives and sugar.
Stir in water and wine.
Cover, simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until carrot is tender, stir occasionally.
Sprinkle individual servings with a little grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
