Spanish Hamburger Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 125 Gram | |
| Salt | 1 Milliliter | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Carrot | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 30 Milliliter, chopped | |
| Pimiento | 30 Milliliter, sliced | |
| Sugar | 2 Milliliter | |
| Water | 125 Milliliter | |
| Dry red wine | 50 Milliliter |
Directions
In saucepan cook beef till brown, drain fat.
Add salt and pepper.
Add tomato soup, carrot, mushrooms, onion, olives and sugar.
Stir in water and wine.
Cover, simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until carrot is tender, stir occasionally.
Sprinkle individual servings with a little grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
