Spanish Frankfurters Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 2 tablespoons bacon drippings | ||
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper red | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound frankfurters, cut into thirds | ||
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large skillet, combine the onion, green pepper, bacon drippings, chili sauce, water, viegar, red pepper and sugar together. Cook over low flame for 7 to 10 minutes.
2) Add the frankfurters and cover the skillet. Cook over low flame for another 10 minutes.
SERVING
3) Serve hot over cooked rice.
