Ingredients

 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Beef1 pound, chopped
 Large onions - 2 , chopped
 Large green pepper - 1 chopped
 Celery stalks3
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Brown rice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes1 Pint
 Sea salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1.In a pan heat oil.
2.Add meat and vegetables in it and cook until brown.
3.Add water and rice and let the ingredients simmer for half an hour.
4.Add tomatoes along with sea salt and pepper and cook for 30 more minutes until the rice is cooked.

SERVING
5.Serve warm.
