Velveeta cheese
Directions
Cube Spam and potatoes; place in a 2 quart baking dish.
Pour 1 cup water over mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes in 375 degree oven; remove and cover the top with velveeta cheese.
Return to oven until cheese is melted.
