1.Cook the sushi rice according to instructions on the package.
2.Slice spam into 8 equal slices lengthwise.
3.Empty chipotle peppers on cutting board and mince them up and put them in a bowl.
4.Mince the kimchi and 4 Sun dried tomatoes.
5.Prepare scrambled eggs and place it in a small bowl.
6.On a pan, cook the spam and let it turn nice golden brown on both sides.
7.Add dark soy sauce to the spam to add the pungent flavor to it.
8.Use the musubi mold and place it in the center of your sheet and place the sticky rice inside the mold.
9.Use a spoon to flatten the rice out and place the piece of spam on it.
10.Push the spam down and then add the Chipotle peppers, some scrambled eggs over it.
11.Top it off with some more sushi rice.
12.Place the top lid of the mold and push down on the sides.
13.Slowly raise the mold and take the top of.
14.Fold the ends of the sheet using water.
15.Spam musubi brick is finally ready and you may like to serve with a hot sauce of your choice.
