Spaghetti Sauce With Wine Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 c dried imported mushrooms
1/2 c water
2 lbs ground beef
2 t seasoned salt
2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix, prepared as directed
1 jar (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, plus juice
1/2 c red wine
Directions
Hydrate dried mushrooms in water for half an hour.
Add seasoned salt to ground beef and brown in a large skillet.
Prepare spaghetti sauce mix in the same pan and add both kinds of mushrooms and the water.
Add the wine and simmer 45 minutes.
Serve with 1 lb.spaghetti, cooked, and Parmesan cheese.
