 Onion1 Large, chopped
 4 LARGE CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon

 1 LB. TOFU, MASHED WELL WITH A FORK

 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Bay Leaf1
 1 1/2 TSP. ITALIAN SEASONING OR 1/2 TSP. EACH OREGANO, BASIL AND THYME
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1 TBS. BEEF FLAVORED BOUILLON
 Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced

Directions

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir frequently.
