Spaghetti Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 lb (1 kg) tomatoes, peeled and seeded
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper
3/4 lb (375 g) cooked spaghetti
1/4 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Saute the garlic in the oil for about two minutes.
Add tomatoes and break up with a fork.
Blend well with the garlic.
Sprinkle with parsley and basil.
Add salt and pepper to taste and cook, uncovered, over a low heat for about one hour, stirring occasionally.
Put cooked spaghetti in a baking dish and mix well.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve immediately.
