Spaghetti Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Spaghetti | 2 Cup (16 tbs), broken | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Sharp American cheese- 1/2 pound | ||
| Milk | 1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a boiler, boil spaghetti with garlic in salted water until tender.
3.Remove garlic, drain spaghetti and rinse.
4.Melt cheese in milk over boiling water; add to eggs.
5.Add salt, parsley, onion and spaghetti; mix thoroughly.
6.Pour into buttered loaf pan.
7.Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.
SERVING
8.Serve with a sauce of your choice
