Directions

1 Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the pork, peppers and bean shoots and cook for 6 minutes.
2 Add the soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and seasoning.
3 Add the cooked spaghetti and stir-fry until hot.
