Ingredients

 
Sweet corn - 11/2 cups or mealies - 11/2 cups, cooked
 
Butter - 1 tablespoon
 
Flour - 1 tablespoon
 
Tomato puree - 1 cup
 
Cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
 
Spaghetti - 2 cups, cooked
 
Salt – to taste
 
Pepper – to taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2. In a pan, melt butter and stir in flour; let simmer for a few minutes.
3. Add tomato puree and seasonings; stir and let simmer for 5 minutes until mixture is thick.
4. If desired, add a little milk.
5. Add cheese and stir until the cheese melts.

FINALISING
6. In a greased oven dish, place spaghetti and corn; toss to mix.
7. Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes until heated through.

SERVING
