Spaghetti And Meat Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup fresh or frozen chopped onion
2 tablespoons soft bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 8 ounce package Italian dinner mix with spaghetti
2 tablespoons fresh or frozen chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
Advance preparation:
In bowl combine egg, 1/4 cup onion, soft bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Shape into 2 rolls about 6 inches long.
Place in 10x6x2 inch baking dish.
Combine tomato sauce, water, sauce mix from Italian dinner, 2 tablespoons onion, celery, brown sugar, and vinegar; pour over meat rolls.
Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Before serving:
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/4 hours, spooning sauce over meat occasionally.
Just before serving, cook spaghetti from dinner mix according to package directions; drain.
Turn spaghetti onto serving platter; arrange meat atop and pass sauce.
