Spaghetti With Tenderloin Tips In Marinara Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 Basic Pasta Dough | ||
| Olive oil | 45 Milliliter | |
| 450 g beef tenderloin, diced in 1/2" cubes | ||
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Button mushrooms | 120 Gram | |
| Salt | 3 Milliliter | |
| Cracked pepper | 3 Milliliter | |
| Marinara sauce | 750 Milliliter | |
Directions
Process the pasta.
Cut into spaghetti.
In a large skillet heat the oil.
Brown the tenderloin.
Add the onion and mushrooms and saute until tender, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the marinara sauce over beef and reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
In a large kettle of boiling salted water cook the pasta al dente, drain and place on serving plates.
Ladle generous amounts of sauce over the noodles and serve.
