Spaghetti With Oil, Garlic, And Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Thin spaghetti | 1 pound | |
| Olive oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
| Butter/Margarine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated |
Directions
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
2. About 5 minutes before the spaghetti is done, heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over low heat. Add the garlic, and cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir in the butter until melted. Remove from heat.
3. Drain the spaghetti thoroughly in a colander, place in a warm serving bowl, and toss with the sauce. Season with the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cheese, and serve with Spinach-Bacon Salad with Warm Dressing.
