Ingredients
| 8 oz. uncooked whole wheat spaghetti | ||
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushrooms | 12 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Carrot | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Red wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Italian seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Prepare spaghetti as directed on package.
Rinse with warm water.
Drain.
Set aside.
In 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 10 to 17 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and flavors are blended, stirring after every 5 minutes.
Place spaghetti on platter.
Pour sauce over spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
