Spaghetti With Meat Sauce And Beef Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Garlic cloves - 1 to 2, minced | ||
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato soup | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1/2 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme leaf | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Thin spaghetti | 12 Ounce, cooked | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet, saute the ground beef, garlic and onion, until browned.
2) Stir in the tomato soup, water, salt, bay leaf, pepper and thyme.
3) Simmer over a low heat for about 30 minutes; stirring occasionally.
SERVING
4) Spoon the meat sauce over spaghetti, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
