Rich Spaghetti With Herbed Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Ricotta cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Basil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Kelp powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat speaghetti - 3/4 lb | ||
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, blend the ricotta cheese with garlic
2. In a blender, process the walnuts and mix to the ricotta along with herbs, cheese and kelp power
3. In a large kettle, boil water and cook the pasta tillfirm tender; cook peas in a little water simultaneously till just tender
4. Drain both and toss them with herbed cheese
SERVING
5. Serve hot
