Spaghetti With Garlic And Olive Oil Recipe
Ingredients
| Spaghetti | 1 pound | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or crushed in a press | ||
| Red pepper flakes | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed (OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS) | |
| Toasted pine nuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS) | |
| Kosher salt and coarsely ground pepper, to taste | ||

Directions
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the spaghetti.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired, and saute until the garlic is golden, about 3 minutes.
3. Cook the pasta until it is al dente. Drain cooked pasta and add it to the garlic and olive oil mixture in skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste.
