Spaghetti With Crab Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 cans (6 1/2 ounces each) crab meat, drained
3 cups cooked spaghetti
Grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine onion, celery, garlic, parsley and butter in 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add tomatoes, sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on HIGH, or until bubbly, stirring after 5 minutes.
Add crab meat.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 1 to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until crab meat is hot.
MICROWAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add tomatoes, sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on HIGH, or until bubbly, stirring after 5 minutes.
Add crab meat.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 1 to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until crab meat is hot.
