Spaghetti With Chicken Livers Recipe
Ingredients
| Spaghetti | 3/4 Pound | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Chicken livers | 6 | |
| Tomatoes | 14 Ounce | |
| 3 basil leaves or 1/2 tsp. dry | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large skillet.
Saute until onion is golden.
Add and saute for a minute.
Add and cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes, until tomatoes are well-combined, stirring often.
Add pasta and toss.
Sprinkle over pasta and mix well.
