 Spaghetti12 Ounce
 Corn oil2 Tablespoon (Sauce.)
 Onion1 Small, chopped (Sauce.)
 Cornflour1/2 Ounce (Sauce.)
 Tomatoes1 Pound, peeled (Sauce.)
 Water1 Pint (Sauce.)
 Lean ham2 Ounce, chopped (Sauce.)
 Soft brown sugar2 Ounce (Sauce.)
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Sauce.)
 Salt To Taste (Sauce.)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon (Sauce.)
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon (Sauce.)
 Dash tabasco sauce
 Stuffed olives
 Grated cheese
 Butter1 Ounce (Garnish)

Directions

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile make sauce.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and cook for a few minutes without browning.
Stir in the cornflour and mix well.
Add tomatoes, water and ham and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients except olives and cook a further few minutes.
Correct the seasoning.
Lastly, stir in the sliced stuffed olives.
Put the spaghetti into a serving dish.
Pour over the sauce.
Sprinkle some grated cheese over and top -with a nut of butter.
