 Ground beef4 Pound
 Onion2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Crisco1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes4 Can (10oz)
 Tomato sauce4 Can (10oz)
 Tomato Paste4 Can (10oz)
 Mushrooms4 Can (10oz)
 Salt2 Tablespoon
 Dried oregano2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon
 Dried basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm)
 Cheddar Cheese4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spaghetti4 Pound

Directions

MAKING
1 In a large saucepan, heat crisco.
2 Add beef and onion and cook until browned.
3 Add in the remaining ingredients except cheese and spaghetti.
4 Cook, covered over moderate heat for about 1 hour.
5 Stir in cheese and heat until melted.

SERVING
6 Serve meat sauce over hot cooked spaghetti.
