Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 4 Pound | |
| Onion | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Crisco | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 4 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato sauce | 4 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato Paste | 4 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spaghetti | 4 Pound |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a large saucepan, heat crisco.
2 Add beef and onion and cook until browned.
3 Add in the remaining ingredients except cheese and spaghetti.
4 Cook, covered over moderate heat for about 1 hour.
5 Stir in cheese and heat until melted.
SERVING
6 Serve meat sauce over hot cooked spaghetti.
