Ingredients

 Onions - 1-1/2 cups chopped
 Green peppers1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm) (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz) (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Bay leaf1 (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Mushrooms1/2 pound, sliced (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, minced (Special oil - 1 tablespoon)

Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, heat oil and cook onions and green peppers in it until brown.
2.Put garlic, tomatoes, bay leaf, salt, pepper and basil in the pan and cook on low flame for 120 minutes.
3.Add mushrooms and parsley and cook for 30 more minutes.
4.Remove the bay leaf.
5.Blend the mixture in a blender.

SERVING
6.Serve as a condiment.
