 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Shortening2 Tablespoon
 Tomato sauce3 Can (10oz)
 Tomato Paste1 Can (10oz)
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Marjoram1/4 Teaspoon
 Parsley flakes1/4 Teaspoon
 Celery salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 1 packaged pound)spaghetti

Directions

1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place ground beef, chopped onion and shortening in hot skillet. Cook, stirring with a fork, until meat is broken up and has lost its red color. Pour off excess drippings.
2. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with vac-control valve closed. Lower heat and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
3. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain in colander.
4. Pour spaghetti into a serving dish or platter. Top with spaghetti sauce.
