| Lean ground beef | 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce | ||
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Sherry | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash to 1/8 teaspoon cayenne | ||
| Bay leaf | 1 Large | |
Directions
Crumble beef into 2-quart casserole.
Add onion and garlic.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, stirring once to break apart.
Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 20 to 30 minutes, or until flavors are blended, stirring 3 or 4 times.
Remove bay leaf.
Add onion and garlic.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, stirring once to break apart.
