Spaghetti Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| Angel hair | 8 Ounce | |
| Water | 2 1/2 Quart | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Tomato sauce | 7 1/2 Ounce | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Butter margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lean ground beef | 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 6 , sliced | |
| Green pepper | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green and black olives- 6, sliced | ||
| Grated Parmesan cheese, sprinkle | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°F (180°C).
MAKING
2) In an uncovered Dutch oven boil water. Cook spaghetti, cooking oil and first amount of salt for about 11 to 13 minutes.
3) Drain spaghetti from water.
4) Mix egg, milk, second amount of salt and pepper.
5) Stir to combine.
6) Grease a 12-inch (30 cm) pizza pan.
7) Transfer into the greased tin raising the edges slightly.
8) In a small bowl add tomato sauce, oregano and basil together.
9) Spoon on the top and spread evenly.
10) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
11) In a frying pan melt margarine.
12) Mix ground beef and onion.
13) Stir fry until brown.
14) Drain out from oil.
15) Spoon mozzarella cheese on top.
16) Sprinkle sliced mushrooms, green pepper, olives and Parmesan cheese over it.
17) Bake for about 30 minutes.
18) Cover with foil and bake for the first 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
SERVING
19) Cuts into 4 to 6 wedges and serve.
