Directions
1. Cut the root part of the onion and chop off the top and bottom.
2. Chop the onion into 1/8 inch slices.
3. Cut the pork loin ham into 1/3 inch strips.
4. Slice the mushrooms into 1/4 inch slices.
5. Cut the bell pepper into half,remove the stem and the seeds.
6. Chop the bell pepper into 1/8 inch strips.
7. Bring together the parsley and chop finely.
8. Remove the garlic sprout and chop with the root end attached. Mince them.
9. To prepare the spaghetti, add salt to a pot of water and let it simmer.
10. To prepare the sauce, add olive oil to a deep pan.
11. Swirl the olive oil to coat the pan with oil and add the onion slices.
12. Fry the onion slices on medium heat, lightly brown the onion to bring out the sweet flavor.
13. Add chopped garlic and stir lightly.
14. When you can smell the aroma of garlic, add the ham and chopped mushroom. Fry until lightly colored.
