Spaghetti And Spicy Turkey Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
| Spaghetti | 1 pound | |
| Ground turkey | 1 pound | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Pepper sauce | 5 To taste | |
| Salt | 4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
In a large pot, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes, or until tender; drain well.
While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the meatballs.
In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, Parmesan, egg white and hot-pepper sauce.
Shape into 2" balls.
In a large no-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the meatballs for 5 minutes, or until brown on all sides.
Add the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked and no longer pink when sliced with a knife.
