Ingredients

 Sausage meat1/2 Pound
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tomato Paste5 1/2 Ounce
 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Spaghetti8 Ounce, broken
 Bater - 2 1/2 qts., boiling
 Cooking oil1 Tablespoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Swiss cheese or mozzarella - 1/2 cup, grated

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°F (180°C).

MAKING
2) In a saucepan add sausage meat and onion and stir-fry until brown.
3) Mix the next 5 ingredients.
4) Cook covered and simmer for about 15 minutes.
5) In an uncovered saucepan boil water. Cook spaghetti, cooking oil and second amount of salt in it for about 11 to 13 minutes.
6) Drain out spaghetti from water.
7) Mix it with the sausage mixture.
8) Grease a 3 quart (3.5 L) casserole.
9) Transfer spaghetti into it.
10) Sprinkle cheese generously over it.
11) Heat in oven for about 10 minutes.
12) Use more cheese if required.

SERVING
13) Serve hot.
