Spaghetti and Mushroom Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked spaghetti | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Margarine | 1 Ounce | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Tomato | 1 , chopped | |
| Few breadcrumbs | ||
| 1-2 eggs seasoning | ||
| Cheese | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Chop the spaghetti into small pieces.
Heat the margarine and fry the chopped mushrooms and tomato until soft.
Stir these into the spaghetti, adding other ingredients.
Press into greased tin and bake for 30 minutes in centre of a hot oven (450°F - Gas Mark 7).
Serve with tomatoes.
