Spaghetti And Meatballs With Tomato Sauce Recipe

| 2 envelopes spaghetti-sauce mix | ||
| Tomato sauce | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pound ground round or chuck | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1/2 cup packaged bread-stuffing mix | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon leaf marjoram, crumbled | ||
| Grated Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti, drain.
2. Combine the spaghetti-sauce mix, tomato sauce, water and oil in a large skillet; simmer 15 minutes.
3. Mix the ground beef lightly with onion, parsley, egg, bread stuffing mix, salt and marjoram until well blended; shape into 24 balls. Place in hot sauce.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. Arrange cooked spaghetti and meatballs and sauce on a heated, deep, serving platter; serve with the Parmesan cheese to sprinkle over.
