Spaghetti And Meat Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 Tbs. olive oil
14 oz. can tomatoes
8 oz. minced lean beef
Garlic salt or fresh or dried garlic to taste
1 chopped onion
2 oz. chopped mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Spaghetti
Directions
Heat the oil and fry the beef until it changes colour.
Add the onion and mushrooms and fry gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomatoes and seasoning and simmer gently for 40 minutes or until the sauce is thick and the ingredients well blended.
Either mix with the boiled spaghetti, or serve on top of it.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
