 Plain non-fat yogurt1 Carton (1l)
 White sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Skim milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, cooked and drained according to package directions
 Salt package1 , crumbled
 1 large fresh tomato, seeded and chopped

Directions

Spray medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium heat.
Add zucchini and green onions; cook and stir until tender.
Combine yogurt, white sauce and milk in small bowl; add to vegetables.
Cook until heated through and mixture steams.
Toss warm spaghetti with bacon; top with sauce.
