Directions

Cook spaghetti, let sit until finished. Fry garlic and onion with the olive oil (plus pepper if it fits your taste), then add the pancetta (bacon). Cook the bacon until it becomes crisp (not burnt). Now add the tomato sauce (cook sauce until it dries a little). Put finished spaghetti into sauce’s pan and cook together for a couple minutes. Serve on a plate with some grated pecorino on top. Enjoy!
