Ingredients

 Spaghetti320 Gram
 Pancetta - 100 grams, cut into fine strips
 Egg yolks4
 Olive oil10 Milliliter
 Onion40 Gram, chopped
 Rocket1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Radicchio leaves - 4
 Parmesan
 Salt To Taste
 Black pepper1

Directions

MAKING
1. Take a saucepan, add plenty of salty water and cook spaghetti in it.
2. In the meanwhile, take a skillet, add little oil and brown the chopped onions.
3. Stir in pancetta and cook well.
4. Drain the pasta and tip it into saucepan and saute it with rocket, radicchio leaves, salt and black pepper.
5. Add beaten egg yolks and stir it well with the pasta mixture until it starts to scramble.
6. Finally stir in parmesan for seasoning.

SERVING
7. Serve the Treviso Spaghetti hot with a glass of wine.
