Spaghetti Alia Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients
| Spaghetti | 3/4 Pound | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Half-and-half - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Bacon | 1/4 Pound, sliced | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Cook the spaghetti in boiling water till tender.
2) Dice the bacon.
MAKING
3) In a bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half and pepper.
4) In a large skillet, heat the oil, add the bacon and fry till crisp.
5) Drain the spaghetti and add to the bacon.
6) Pour in the egg mixture, stirring, and toss over a gentle heat till the eggs just begin to set.
SERVING
7) Serve spaghetti and carbonara immediately, sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
