Spaetzle with Hungarian Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 large onion, coarsely chopped | ||
| 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
| 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped | ||
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 recipe cooked spaetzle | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
In a wide frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter.
Add onion and green pepper and cook until onion is golden.
Add tomato and paprika and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in spaetzle and heat through.
Season to taste with salt.
