Soyed Walnuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Shelled walnuts | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Put walnuts in 13" x 9" x 2" pan.
Roast in hot oven (400°F.) for about 15 minutes, stirring several times.
Add butter and soy sauce; stir.
Roast for 12 to 15 minutes longer, stirring often until nuts are coated and fairly dry.
