Ingredients
Soak in ice water for 20 minutes:
11/2 cups shredded cabbage
Drain, dry and mix with:
11/2 cups cooked soybeans(or canned)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (soy)
1 tblspn, lemon juice
1/4 cup thick sour cream
1/4 tspn, salt
1/2 tspn, paprika
Directions
Serve on bed of crisp lettuce.
