Soybean Casserole Recipe

 Cooked soybeans1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery sticks2
 Tomatoes3
 Puree4 Tablespoon
 Grated carrot4 Tablespoon
 Grated onion1
 Grated cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Herbs1 Teaspoon
 Breadcrumbs1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Mash the soybeans and finely chop the celery.
Mix with grated carrot, onion, herbs and seasonings and place in a greased casserole.
Cover with the sliced tomato and sprinkle with seasonings, grated cheese and breadcrumbs mixed.
Bake in a moderate oven, 350°F.
for 25 minutes.
