Ingredients

 Garlic4 Clove (5gm)
 Dried basil1 Tablespoon
 Tomato Paste4 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil
 Parmesan cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 2 cups cooked soybeans with a little cooking liquid

Directions

1. In an electric blender, food processor or a mortar and pestle, mash together the garlic, basil, and tomato paste. While blending on low speed or beating with an electric mixer, add the oil drop by drop until the mixture begins to thicken. Then add the oil more quickly.
2. Beat in the cheese and the few tablespoons of soybean cooking liquid. Pour the mixture over the beans.
